The Lodge of Research No. 2429 meets at Freemasons’ Hall, 80 London Road, Leicester LE2 0RA, on the fourth Monday in November, January, and March. Meetings normally commence at 6.00 pm and are held in the Holmes Lodge Room, widely regarded as one of the finest Masonic lodge rooms outside London.

About Our Meetings
Founded in 1892, the Lodge of Research exists to encourage the study and advancement of Masonic knowledge. The Lodge provides a forum for the presentation of papers, lectures, and discussions on Freemasonry, its history, symbolism, traditions, and heritage.
Our meetings attract speakers from both within and beyond the Province of Leicestershire and Rutland, and cover a wide range of subjects, from local Masonic history and notable personalities to broader themes in Masonic research and development.
